I had done something to my shoulder/neck and was in absolute agony. Couldn’t sleep, couldn’t get out of bed. Nathan managed to slot me in for an emergency appointment same day, during lunch. He was professional, really nice and was able to diagnose me almost instantly. He gave me a massage, dry needling and some exercises to do. I can’t speak highly enough of the care I received. Without Olivia’s knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail, my ailment post snowboard accident would likely have gone undetected. She recognised the signs early and guided me toward the right diagnosis and support.
