Karryn facilitated a beautiful Sound Healing session at the Women’s Retreat I hosted, and it was pure magic. She’s incredibly gifted, and the way she holds space is calm, grounded, and powerful. You could feel the energy shift in the room—the women softened, released, and dropped deeper into themselves. Karryn brought a sense of peace and presence that added so much depth to the weekend. I highly recommend her for any retreat or event.

Karryn facilitated a cacao ceremony at a weekend retreat I held recently and I highly recommend experiencing one of her ceremonies. Karryn's love and care in both the preparation of the ceremony before retreat and upon arrival to the retreat was felt in each moment of the ceremony. Sipping the sacred elixir, in combination with the use of tuning forks, crystal bowls, koshi wind chimes, oracle cards and essential oil mists perfectly chosen, all blended to create the perfect amalgamation of deep relaxation.
