I had a lash lift and tint at the end of April. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and the overall customer service was great. Unfortunately, I later learned there was an issue with the lash lift. When I went to another salon for a new lift, the esthetician examined my lashes, took photos, and consulted with her manager. They decided they could not perform the service because my lashes appeared to have been over-processed from my previous lift, and they were concerned they could break or fall out. Excellent haircut, relaxing experience. Lovely
I'm new to Moncton and needed to find a new stylist. This salon is close to my new home and had good reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm disappointed in the final result because it doesn't look like any of the pictures I showed the stylist, and I haven't been able to do anything with my curling iron to make it work. I'll give it a few days and try to work with it, but I'm afraid I may need to take a road trip and get my old hairdresser to fix it.
