Absolutely terrible at every part of their job. We hired them for their fractional CFO service to do bookkeeping and tax preparation for three businesses and our personal tax return. Thankfully, they only ever attempted to do the bookkeeping on one of the businesses. They were never able to once produce a usable set of financial statements.
