Really addicted to hot yoga now love attending both morning and afternoon sessions. I no longer get the same workout from "normal" yoga classes and enjoy the variety offered during Donna's sessions.
We had such a beautiful experience with Donna, who came out to host a yoga, meditation, and sound healing session for my hens with my friends and family. It was the perfect way to start the day, calm, grounding, and really special. Donna created such a warm, safe space for all of us, and we all left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely amazing.
Firstly, I just wanted to say that this was the second retreat that I’ve done with Soul Yoga and Retreats and once again it was incredible. It was so nourishing to sit there and go deep into our selves which we never have time to do. The sound bath and the breath work took me to places. The morning tea was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much, Donna. It was such a beautiful day and I cannot wait to experience my overseas retreat to Greece at the end of the year with you and Soul Yoga and Retreats! Nicole Peterson
