I used the at home treatment for 3 months and am so grateful for the informative intro to the treatments and the ease of use. I was honestly shocked how quickly I started sleeping better. I have done a number of sound bowl meditations with Kristen. She is gifted in knowing the right things to discuss (current) and definately helps when you need a guided meditation. I participated in one of Kristen’s ketamine release retreats and just can’t say enough good things about the experience! I recently completed the 3-month Ketamine Treatment Program with Soul Work University and I have experienced a transformation in my wellbeing.
