I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Soul Vapor was so unprofessional and frustrating that I felt obligated to warn others. I visited this shop the night before they closed and purchased a Digiflavor Sour Apple Ice vape. Decent selection of product.
The establishment and the man working the counter …. Exceptional. However I used my cash app card to purchase a vape. The money came out my account but was told it said error on the cash register end ???? I did not receive the vape and disputed the charges. I was called back by customer support at cash app who stated the money 57.77 was deposited into Soul Vapor account that I needed to reach back out. I have several times with no help.
