It’s uncommon that you find phenomenal customer service, but even MORE rare to leave a business feeling like you made a friend in the process!! This place was wonderful! Got these, and spent the next 2 days putting almost 10 miles on them collectively.. 12/10 recommend!!!!!!

Always a great experience with renting the board and taking it out early mornings on the ocean. It’s my favorite part of my trip!
We rented 8 boogie boards and a beach tent from Soul SUP for a week in early August. Ken was beyond helpful and responded immediately to our inquire. I can not speak more highly of Ken’s professionalism and passion for what he does. We won’t use any other store in the Hilton Head area for our future rentals. Thanks again Ken for contributing to a great week in HH.
