I signed up for a one on one yoga session with Rich. I got to fill in a questionnaire and he customized the session to what I wanted! I mentioned I wanted to work on hip flexibility and he included plenty of hip openers. You can tell he truly took what I said into account when planning the session. He's a great instructor and I felt very at ease! (His one on one sessions are literally free right now!!!)
Becky was amazing and I don’t say that lightly! I had just traveled a lot and was seated a lot more than I should’ve been, and after having some leg pain the last few months, was concerned how I would be so I set out to find a massage upon my return. Becky had a wonderful and very comfortable set up, and her touch was perfect for me and very intentional. She also took time to show me some stretches after. 10/10 recommend!!
Had my first massage ever today and it was absolutely amazing! Becky did wonderful and put in extra time into my back and shoulders as requested!! Absolutely wonderful!

I was looking for a self care and pampering day for myself. I was very excited to discover Soul Summit and that it was so close to the Royal Pines' neighborhood. Amber was welcoming, kind, and skilled. The super soft flannel sheets and heated table were next level. I had to restrain myself from audibly moaning in pleasure during my massage. I will be back!
