Only ever had one reiki session before, I had some idea what to expect I went in with an open mind. Jan is such a caring & gentle person so this put me at ease and I felt very relaxed. A week has passed since my reiki with Jan and it has made me think and feel positively. For anyone who is needing some inner healing, go & have a session with Jan. I highly recommend her.

I received a Reiki treatment today. This was my first ever Reiki treatment and my first treatment from Jan. The treatment lasted an hour and it was very relaxing. Music was played in the background. The treatment is to balance my chakras. Crystals were also used on me. Jan is very friendly. I was there for roughly 3 hours. We were speaking about spirituality so chakras, crystals and the spirituality programme herself and her partner teaches/practices. No rush for time. Great price - £25 for 1 hour.
