I knew Hypnosis would work for me as some years ago I had visited another practitioner. Its now 4 weeks since my session and I'm amazed how effective it's been, I'm completely calm and in control. Heidi has a lovely calming voice and this in turn helps you relax very quickly. The surrounds and atmosphere ease your stress and tension. Highley recommend

Hypnotherapy is one of those “alternative” therapies, generally dismissed by conventional medicine, despite it being demonstrably effective. Hypnotherapy, unlike some “alternative” therapies, actually works .. I feel able to say that because I've experienced it. For me, it's not just the skill and experience of the practitioner that's important, feeling comfortable, being treated with respect and empathy is of equal importance and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Heidi to anyone seeking help. It's such a shame i can only leave 5 stars! I just could not have moved on in life without Heidi. That might sound dramatic to some but if you had been in my head at the time I first visited, you would understand. Heidi has given me the tools for a proper life. Phagophobia is no joke.
