Alicia is great. The atmosphere was super relaxing as well as the facial massage. My face felt amazing after it was thoroughly cleaned, and I left glowing. The prices are reasonable and I cannot wait to return. 5/5

I highly recommend booking an appointment at Soul Serenity beauty! I have had the most relaxing facial each and every time. Between the calming music, gua sha, and incense you are destined for a peaceful experience. My appointments are focused on my current skin goals, and I feel more confident after each appointment. Katie has a very gentle and calming energy. As well as her office felt welcoming. I booked a 90 minute facial and it was very relaxing, felt thorough, and my skin was glowing after. I went for my concern of my scarring and minor acne breakouts so I could achieve 100% clear skin for my wedding. Katie recommended a Face Reality routine for me. I'm sure she meant well, but this expensive skin care routine was not right for my skin at all. It has caused me to have full face breakouts (not purging) for the last 5 months of using ... read more
