Carmen was able to fit me in on the same day for a wax, and was super lovely and friendly from the beginning. She was very thorough with the wax and also offered tips and recommendations to help with my skin. I'm looking forward to going in again for a facial!
Carmen! She was friendly and welcoming from the start and even managed to fit me in at fairly short notice, which I really appreciated. She took the time to chat with me about my skincare routine and the products I use. At first, I braced myself for a hard sales pitch like other chains, but to my relief, it wasn’t like that at all. Yes, she recommended a product, but there was absolutely no pressure to buy. The massage was absolutely fabulou, so relaxing and the facial left my skin GLOWING! Very nice service and very informative with skin conditions.
Had a lovely Saturday afternoon here. Got the basic facial but it came with a neck and hand massage which was great! Carman is kind, and provides lots of information. I like that the products are Australian and don't smell too strong. Will be coming back :)
