The whole experience was disappointing. If you're booking via Groupon I wouldn't bother. I wasn't asked about my health and well-being at any point. I was bought a deep tissue massage, which became apparent it wasn't for me. In all fairness, the therapist switched it to a Swedish, which did suit my needs better.
