I had the opportunity to check out Soul Farm Retreats for my first time last weekend and it was an amazing experience. I did the Yoga of the Horse day event with 4 other women. It rained most of the day but we made the best of it. We started our day with a “nature bath” which we took a walk through the woods and Judi, the owner, challenged us to use each of your senses to check out our surroundings without speaking.
