I always leave my sessions feeling better than when I came in. She uses a number of different modalities, is very intuitive, and will personalize your session according to what you need. The space is so cozy, and it's a great addition to a recovery journey. She is very gifted.
Vanessa is no BS and authentically herself. I appreciate her advice and the fact that she goes with the flow, im pretty spontaneous. She allows a non judgemental space and I actually learn more about myself than when im in traditional talk therapy..which i dont like anymore. She provides a cozy space and its walking distance for me so thats an added bonus. Thanks Vanessa! :) P.S LOVE her super cool "Pitch Fork" haha, its my favourite tool (Tuning fork...that i called a pitch fork haha)
