Ben and the studio were great. Got the sauna and cold plunge. Clean and well run. I’ll be back again!
Nikki and Ben carved a beautiful space for rejuvenation and restoration in Santa Barbara. Their hot spa and cold plunge are an incredible reset for body and mind. Love it!
Fabulous place to relax, detox and go for a regular self care routine! Relaxing and calming environment, very clean and welcoming; kind, friendly and attentive owners both Ben and Nikki who are there to help set you up and have your sauna already warm and waiting for you (a big plus!). I have done the smaller hotter sauna which is a great sweat! I've also done the halotherapy in the larger sauna, SO relaxing, favorite! Amazing experience! Feel like a new man after the infrared sauna and cold plunge. Ben is great and super welcoming and knowledgeable to maximize your experience. Hard to find time to yourself these days and this is the perfect way to reset!
This is such a wonderful space. It offers a wonderful getaway without lasting a whole day - a mini retreat for the over-scheduled and over-stressed, if you will. The team is fantastic, everything is wonderfully curated, and the location is prime to make a day of it or just pop in for lunch. Highly recommend doing the sauna. We loved it!
