I just came back from the long weekend at Goomburra National Park retreat created by Cura Life Yoga. An absolutely fantastic weekend! This was truly GLAMPING at it's best. Incredible organic vegetarian food, super comfortable beds and tents, hot water showers facing the river and activities I was able to fully immerse myself in - mind body and spirit. I had an infrared sauna at Cura Life - absolutely amazing. The sauna room is a must visit!
We all need to take time for our self. I did an infrared sauna for 45 mins then sat in the massage chair for 15 mins and then 45 mins of relaxation yoga - wow I felt good after that! The guided meditation in the yoga class was beautiful and revitalizing! Thanks Sarah...! Cant wait for the next time.
Renée is the most amazing massage therapist. Her knowing hands transport you to new levels of bliss. I can and will highly recommend the Balinese Intuitive Massage.
