Tom is a good guy and I like him and he’s helped me out a few times. Unfortunately, I trusted him to choose a DEPENDABLE and safe car for us to buy for my disabled daughter and grandson and we were sold a piece of garbage. We tried to work with Tom to at least keep the car road worthy, but he just washed his hands of it after awhile. We offered to trade it back to him for something more reliable, but he refused. I normally don’t leave reviews but I just had to because of the experience this shop gave me. I was in a terrible car accident & was 4 hours away from home & had no one to come help me. The owner & another gentleman went absolutely out of their way to ensure my safety. The Door County Sheriff wasn’t willing to drive me or to help me at all. The owner not only gave us a ride to the shop but he had another gentleman come & help us unload all of my stuff from my vehicle(& it was A LOT because I was here for a 4 day vacation) he... read more
Called needed urgent help with my tire and was told I would receive assistance. Called back to confirm once I was about to be on the way and was completely dismissed over the phone. Completely unhelpful and unprofessional.
Broke transmission cooling lines, drained all the fluid out of the transmission just above Sister Bay. Recommended by our insurance company. Called them up, told it would take about an hour to get to us because of the road construction. Did not have a problem when we told him we also had our lab with us. He got to us in just under an hour, loaded our Blazer up and drove us back down to Potawatomi State Park where we were camping. Even volunteered to drive us back to the campsite.
