For several years now I have been receiving the private tax information of one of their clients, because my email was entered by accident in their systems. I've emailed this firm several times telling them they have the wrong person, and they continue to send me the tax returns of Richard Cluff and his wife. I've been sent his login and password information too. I would love it if they would respond to my emails and stop send the private information of their clients to random people on the internet.
Might be OK for business taxes, but DO NOT use these guys for your personal taxes! They cost me >$1,000 in penalties/late fees and took zero accountability. Obviously this is not an important part of their business. Highly recommend you look elsewhere!!!
I had some relatively complex tax forms to navigate, and decided it was best to seek assistance from this company based on reviews I read online. Kelly was extremely helpful. Service went above and beyond. Not only did she help me file my taxes in time on short notice, she meticulously reviewed my withholdings for the current tax year and advised me on what adjustments to make so that there would be no surprises next time around . I can't say enough about how happy I am with them.
Excellent staff. And Fred does a fantastic job..fast, accurate and explains everything.
