I recently opened a new account at Southwest Oklahoma Federal Credit Union and was not impressed. The staff I interacted with came across as unfriendly and short, and they failed to provide all the necessary information I needed when opening a checking account. It seems like there’s a struggle to perform the job correctly, and I place the responsibility on management — it’s their job to ensure employees are properly trained and up to standard.
