The scalp massage itself was very relaxing and Cameryn was sweet and pleasant to talk to. She was very gentle and asked if I was ok with the treatment. The only issue I had seemed to come from the chair itself. I allowed the massaging on low to continue, but that evening and the next few days, my lower back actually felt bruised when the chair had hit the area too hard for too long (I had the 90 min treatment) The other issue was about halfway into the treatment, I felt a burning sensation on my scalp in two areas. I had a wonderful nail experience with Hanna. She was attentive, professional and personable. She allowed me the space to voice my opinions to her on how I liked my nails and listened to me. Hanna did not disappoint— I love them! This was my first time at Soteria Spa, it felt cozy and inviting. The staff was so friendly. I will be back again.
