My husband and I purchased a car and used SOS Transport to deliver the car from Texas to South Carolina. There was damage to the roof of the car which was not noted until 2 days after we had the car. When we contacted them, they would allow for no discussion, no concessions, etc - despite the fact that the day we received the car, it was raining and no scratches were visible.
