If you want indoor fireplace equipment this is the place. Mercedes was very nice, pleasent to speak with. Nice to go to a store that is not all about Amazon.
I prefer to go to this store than any big box place. Love their pellet quality and their customer service
Great at selling me an expensive stove. The stove keeps loosing bolts/nuts, it’s like pulling teeth getting them to do the small things.
Bought a wood pellet stove there about 3 years ago. It was great customer service and the installation was prompt and no issues. Since then we have had no issues with the stove and was the best decisions we've made purchasing from this store!
