I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but the lady who answered my call and enquiry about moving inspired so much confidence in SOS Removals. She was bright, warm, and patient in explaining to me the best way to move my piano. She seemed to genuinely care about her work. I ultimately had to go with another provider, but would love the opportunity to go with SOS Removals in the future :)
SOS Removalists were so incredibly professional and helpful with our parent’s move and also the storage of some extra items. The management ensured that my parents understood all the processes leading up to moving day. Their communication was clear and helpful. The removalists were so careful with all items and very efficient with time. Honestly this was the best removals service I’ve had in Sydney! From the pre move communications from Sergio and Brian through to Ryan, Jason, and Lachlan on the move day everything was fast, smooth and efficient. They made what’s a stressful day nice and easy. Big thanks to the team.
The guys doing the move were friendly enough but a bit careless. Dented our fridge, our washing machine stopped working after move (repair guy said it was damaged in the move) and marked walls in new house. They also put our beds together, one of which collapsed the next night. The head of the company turned up at the end and didn't even say hello or talk to me because he was upset the move took so long. Was very friendly before that when he was quoting me and telling me how much I had to pay him though - which was a lot!.
