There are no office hours, just an answering service… never called back. The ice unit shipped was missing parts, therefore it was useless. I thought they could just quickly ship the part but I could never reach and actual customer service agent. I have dealt with multiple pairs of custom orthotics over the years, and unfortunately, most have failed to provide lasting relief. The fit was exceptional; truly molded to my anatomy like a glove, with precise attention to detail in the casting and fabrication process. Another clock sucker. Yes a time waster. It's a disorganized unprofessional company that insists on coming out to your house in 90° heat to do a fitting, but they show up late, because they can't find your address and need to call you for directions. I literally had to do staff training on the phone to tell the worker to open up his cell phone and use Google maps so he could find the way to my house....🤯🤪 He showed up stinking like awful perfume and every trained medical staff person knows they shouldn't wear heavy fragran... read more

I gave two stars because the company did provide equipment that my doctor had suggested, but in addition to that they included a small tens unit that when I asked my doctor about it, he said I didn't need and wasn’t ordered. I didn’t think anything of it because my insurance paid but then a year after they kept billing for this thing that was maybe worth $50 and I think my insurance company probably paid about $700 for something that was absolutely, not worth it - a total scam and I called my insurance company and they said ... read more
