Amazing customer service! We had issues with our slipping tread and very swiftly their experienced technician Aaron took his time looking at the machine and able to diagnose the problem and gave me a report on other things we may need to replace in the near future. The next day we received us a quote for the repair needed. Very responsive and quick to get part needed and in to repair. If ten stars was an option I would give them a 10. Next treadmill will be purchased with them!

I have to say of the 9 places I called for advice and solutions on retrofitting my stationary recumbent bike with a seat that fits my ample posterior... they were the only ones who... although they couldn't find a solution... didn't make me feel embarrassed or shamed to have the problem in the first place!!!
