Called and they would pick up my mower. Called again about lunch. Said they were coming. Not a word. Waited all day. Next day they didn't answer the phone.
My lawnmower ran great then took it up there for a service and the belts to be change picked it up wouldn’t start dropped it back and still doesn’t run right they wouldn’t pick up the phone and kept my mower for 1 1/2 months without giving me any update I called multiple times no answer
Don’t ever. They forgot to pick up my lawn mower until I called them. Had it for over a week. Called over 30 times trying to get an update. Never a call back. I called again today for the last time. 3 rings no answer. Told my wife to call off her phone on 3 way and they answered almost immediately. Almost as if they blocked my phone number. They said my mower should be done on Thursday since they’re closed on Wednesday. We will see. And also don’t go off their hours online. They are incorrect.
Excellent customer service, Awesome repair knowledge and abundant stocked parts. This is now my #1 repair service.
