Sorcière et Magie est un endroit parfait pour les fans de Harry Potter ! La façon dont la boutique est aménagée est vraiment géniale, surtout pour les enfants. Je m’attendais simplement à trouver un peu plus d’accessoires magiques ou de livres, mais dans l’ensemble c’est un endroit amusant à visiter.
Ayant longtemps travaillé dans une boutique spécialisée auparavant, je considère que la qualité du service se mesure surtout quand quelque chose ne fonctionne pas correctement. J’ai effectué une commande en ligne et il y avait un petit soucis d’inventaire (des choses qui peuvent arriver, surtout après un déménagement). On m’a appelé rapidement pour m’en aviser et j’ai reçu du super service au téléphone pour trouver une alternative! Merci beaucoup! 🧙♀️
