I thought this lady just didnt want to work with our family because my family is difficult. Unfortunetely we have some members that are evil and only want to spread hate. Im sure this is not fun to deal with as she would have to in order to do her job. Shes not very good at returning phone calls or emails or letting me know whats going on.
