This review is not about the pergola itself, but with the company SORARA USA. After my error mis-measuring, I had to return the pergola. (It wasn’t even unboxed. Installers noticed that it would not fit in my space). After the item was arranged for pick up and shipped, I went through multiple phone calls with different people at SORARA USA for more than 6 weeks asking about my refund.
