I purchased the Mirador Pergola from Costco, good quality unit. Unfortunately when installing the anchor bolts the drill may rub the paint on the pillars and touch-up paint is not included. After contacting customer service I did as they instructed and paid their supplier $16 for a touch-up pen for my colored pergula. The paint doesn't not match, and now they recommend me spend more money to try another paint from a different manufacturer!
This review is not about the pergola itself, but with the company SORARA USA. After my error mis-measuring, I had to return the pergola. (It wasn’t even unboxed. Installers noticed that it would not fit in my space). After the item was arranged for pick up and shipped, I went through multiple phone calls with different people at SORARA USA for more than 6 weeks asking about my refund.
