Their rebate rewards promotions are enough to turn me away from ever using their products again. A high percentage of their rebates for purchasing their products are denied for bogus reasons, and claim they send emails for the reasons denied, but will not show proof of the email, and its always too late to correct the issues. They have no one to complain to, other than sending a letter to a PO box that most likely never gets checked.
