She’s extremely rude, and disrespectful. A friend purchased a reflexology consultation for me for Christmas. I made an appointment. Appointment was at 10 o’clock. I started seeing Dr. Sophie following my breast cancer diagnosis. She helped me navigate my diet to make sure I was eating and drinking things that would fight, not feed the cancer. This was EXTREMELY helpful and took the stress off of me trying to figure it out all on my own. She was always on call and answered any questions that came up. I highly recommend Sophie for her expertise and her reflexology. Sophie has been such a blessing in my life and my family’s life. She’s not just the best holistic doctor in South Florida, she’s truly one of a kind. Her reflexology sessions are beyond relaxing and feel amazing, and she has such a gentle, intuitive way of guiding you toward better health. I was searching for a holistic practice in my area and I found L'Esprit Therapy. Dr. Sophie accommodated me on short notice. She was pleasant and easy to talk with - it felt like I had known her for years. She was informative, and very helpful in constructing a plan suited to a healthy digestive system, as well as a symptom-free menopausal transition, and overall health. I would definitely recommend her for a wellness overhaul!
