The sneakers I bought are way too big though marked as size seven more like 8.5. Not the seller's fault. But not accepting a return. That is their fault. I'm out a few bucks and now own a product that is useless to me. Never again. Don't order anything unless you are willing to pay good money and be stuck with an item that does not fit.
Avoid at all costs, they are thieves. Had a dress ordered from overstock that was too big. Was advised they do not do exchanges so paid for return shipping for the dress, sent it back, and ordered the smaller size. Upon return of the dress they stated they could not accept the return as the dress “seems to have been worn” and that is a complete lie. The dress was returned in the exact shape it was received. We were looking for some formal outfits for our son and found this website. We ordered two different outfits to give ourselves different options. The ordering process was pretty straight forward and we received a confirmation email about our order pretty quickly. The issues came with shipping. We paid for expedited 3-5 day shipping because we needed ample time to determine if we would need to order anything else in case the outfits didn't fit.
