We purchased our blinds from Sophia Blinds and we had a motor go out which after 4 weeks they replaced. After the motor was replaced the shade unraveled from the tube and contacted them. After various calls and texts to try to have the shade fixed we are yet to receive a response. We have given up trying to contact them but would not recommend them. Quality of shades is not great and service is non existent.
