You will feel at ease with Maria and trust in her knowledge and experience. One session may not be enough. If you do the 3 sessions package, I recommend booking the 2nd and 3rd back-to-back as one long 2-hour session. It could take 30 minutes just to get things flowing. The extra time will allow things to fully flush out in one sitting.
