Self-care is so vital! I was able to get an appointment with Sam yesterday for a 90 min massage. My body had been aching all over for days. He is great at deep tissue massages, cupping and stretches that relieve shoulder and back pain. I slept so much better last night. He did a fantastic job!
This morning I had the absolute BEST 90 min deep tissue massage at Soothing Sessions Massage in Lexington by Ashley! I feel so much better. My neck and shoulders are not as tight and my hips and lower back are not aching. Thank you Ashley!!
