Was sceptical as always with these things but I can say the next day my shoulder pain was taken from an 8 to a 2. Plan to book in again for the shoulder and knee.
Massage was good but I went there after confirming that they treated carpel tunnel with deep tissue massage. They said I needed full massage to relax first but the deep tissue massage was extremely short and did nothing. I went back the next day after they recommended dry needling. Again they gave me a massage to “relax me” then the dry needling. I have never had dry needling that hurt but this was terrible and again did nothing.
