All I wanted for my birthday in MARCH was a float. My partner made me an appt for that day online after being unable to get anyone on the phone. Very disappointed in this business. Started going to TJ a couple of years ago. He is an amazing therapist, however, started being very inconsistent. He would cancel/change appt times at the last minute or even not show up. So I stopped going there. More recently heard they were under new management and ownership so I decided to give it another try. I booked with a therapist online for a Saturday. This is the most inconsiderate disappointment for my Mom on Mother's Day weekend! If this is how you do business, no wonder the parking lot is empty! I drove from my home in Jacksonville, Florida to gift her this experience close to where she lives so YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!
