This was the 3rd time I had been to the bank to open a checking account for my son. The first time I could not open one because he was not 16. The second time I could not because he was not with me. He had to be present. This time I could not because it was 4:39pm & it was too close to closing time & the teller told me you needed to come in by 4:00 pm to open an account “JUST IN CASE THERE IS AN ISSUE”. Honestly, the worst Credit Union I could have. I had got my card hacked and needed a new one printed ASAP and none of the branches have a debit machine that works.
Jennifer was pleasant, professional, and very patient. I am a caretaker for Janet Cook, who is a member of your credit union. We were there for over an hour because Janet had been writing checks and not keeping up with her balance and had overdrawn her account. She had also been to the bank on several occasions trying to find out what the $11,000.
