Do not do business with these thieves. I went in to get an auto-loan because I had an account from a couple years ago with about $130 in it. I was told they charged me a "dormant fee" and closed my account. I never received notice that they were taking my money. No emails. Not a phone call. Nothing. We took your money have a nice day. Do not do business with these thieves. Update: I called and left 2 voicemails, as requested from Domingo below. Neither were were returned. This affirms this place is super-shady.

I jumped the gun and have to take back my negative review of Climb credit Union. These guys kept their word and took care of business for me. I am grateful and very happy for using Climb for my auto loan. They are definitely one of the best Credit Unions in Colorado!
I highly recommend this branch and appreciate the manager’s dedication, professionalism, and friendly approach. Salavador’s customer service was outstanding, and he always made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
I will remove this bad review once they fix their credit card management system. It is terrible! The system should automatically update when you pay off the credit card balance. Currently, you have to wait until the next day for things to update. Furthermore, even on updating, the data is inaccurate. I have a $0 balance after paying it off, yet it claims I only have roughly $750 of available credit. It should reflect $2000.00 when my balance is $0.00. This is beyond frustrating.
