I jumped the gun and have to take back my negative review of Climb credit Union. These guys kept their word and took care of business for me. I am grateful and very happy for using Climb for my auto loan. They are definitely one of the best Credit Unions in Colorado!
I highly recommend this branch and appreciate the manager’s dedication, professionalism, and friendly approach. Salavador’s customer service was outstanding, and he always made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
I will remove this bad review once they fix their credit card management system. It is terrible! The system should automatically update when you pay off the credit card balance. Currently, you have to wait until the next day for things to update. Furthermore, even on updating, the data is inaccurate. I have a $0 balance after paying it off, yet it claims I only have roughly $750 of available credit. It should reflect $2000.00 when my balance is $0.00. This is beyond frustrating.
This is the WORST credit union in Colorado. I had an auto loan through these guys, and hit a deer. My car was totalled. I went through the process. I was told by a member at climb that they had all that they would need to finalize through gap insurance. 4 months later i was hit with a late payment and my credit score dropped 74 pts. I called and they said that gap didnt follow thru. I called gap and they said that they were waiting on a "cause or loss" letter from the credit union. SYSTEMIC. DISHONEST. FRAUDULENT. Their mobile app gave me a NEW DUE DATE every month, yet they tanked my 770 credit score by 114 points. They are lying about 'frozen' accounts to cover their own system errors. Stay away.
