Changing my review to reflect the customer service I received to fix a simple mistake on my part.
Horrible customer service - find another credit union to do your business with. I had an overdraft fee (my first in years) and they will not reverse it. Will be putting my money elsewhere.
****Was Climb undergoing any system integrations, conversions, or merger-related technology changes during September-November 2025?****? My experience with Climb Credit Union has been extremely frustrating. In October 2025, I received payment confirmations through Climb's system, including a $666.79 payment that showed as successfully scheduled and updated my due date.
