One of the worse experiences I had to deal with on getting a loan. Very unprofessional and inexperienced loan officer I ever dealt with. I was given an interest rate and all of sudden when it was time to sign the interest rate jumped up 3%. The loan officer I was dealing with never answered his phone. It took him a day or so to email back.
This place is TRASH! I banked with these people for 4 years and I was a loyal customer! Last month I lost my job and ended up hundreds of dollars in the negative. I started doing door dash which was a huge pay cut for me. Still in 30 days I was able to bring the account all the way down to -$40. Yesterday I went to pay the remaining balance but they said they closed my account the day prior and refused to reopen it even though I had the money.
