It was a terrible experience. After my Doctors appointment. I was supposed to call a number for my ride home. I was on hold for 30 minutes then they hung up. I was not able to get a ride home. I had to pay $90 for a cab ride home. I am extremely angry. I will never use this service again. I will encourage all my acquaintances to never use this worthless service!

I had a doctor's appointment sooner I booked my ride I accidentally left my phone in the Uber we know who the driver is and they're refusing to give me back my phone Uber has not even tried to reply or do anything with my with my claim they just give me the runaround I've jumped through a thousand hoops made the appointment I have done their part Uber has not they stole my phone careful when you ride an Uber you won't get any help from them try to go to Lyft to save money and you won't have no harassing
The driver was late picking up my sister thankfully the dr redid appt to where she could make it. Driver was clueless about everything didn’t give my sister her number to call when she was done. She had to wait 3 hours before she was picked up because of will call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. They are rude and clueless drivers are weird and don’t know what they are doing at all.
Update: 0 stars still bad service July 30th 2025. I schedule a reservation where 3 people were going to be on the ride. FIRST THE DRIVER SHOWS UP STATING HE DIDNT HAVE ROOM FOR 3 PEOPLE IN A CARAVAN!!!?? WELL I CANT LEAVE MY 4 YEAR OLD HOME BY HERSELF. I had to cancel my son's appt last min. They showed up 20-35 mins late to pick us up then cancelled on the spot.
