The driver was late picking up my sister thankfully the dr redid appt to where she could make it. Driver was clueless about everything didn’t give my sister her number to call when she was done. She had to wait 3 hours before she was picked up because of will call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. They are rude and clueless drivers are weird and don’t know what they are doing at all.

Update: 0 stars still bad service July 30th 2025. I schedule a reservation where 3 people were going to be on the ride. FIRST THE DRIVER SHOWS UP STATING HE DIDNT HAVE ROOM FOR 3 PEOPLE IN A CARAVAN!!!?? WELL I CANT LEAVE MY 4 YEAR OLD HOME BY HERSELF. I had to cancel my son's appt last min. They showed up 20-35 mins late to pick us up then cancelled on the spot. Soonerride is a joke this is the second time they gave my mom a ride to her appointment but they don't put her for a ride back so what they do is leave my 56 year old mom stranded a hour away from her home cuz I guess they expect her to walk back do better soonerride I mean it common sence that if someone needs a ride there they more then likely need a ride home to y'all don't leave people stranded btw the guy Joshua was bitching the whole time that he was only getting paid 40 dollars

I am tired motivcare canceling my husband ride appointments. After calling them making reservations 5 business days in advance and all of a sudden he gets a call from motivcare that the ride was cancelled. There was no room for him to go with anybody. Then he's looking at his schedule rides and it's so scaddard everywhere they have the wrong times down. How can you be somewhere in 15 minutes when it's an hour away. Horrible services....I called, and it just went into a loop sending me "texts" when I didn't get a single text and I STILL did not get help. Where is true customer service where you can talk with a human...sheesh!!!! Not happy at all. Ugh!
