It is a great format for learning and has the best textbooks I've used in college.
Best textbook I ever used, and I think the only textbook I actually read cover to cover! All college courses should assign Soomo. I really loved how interactive it was and the fact that I could access my book on my phone.
Rude customer support. I messaged them to fix a bug and she refused to fix it and pushed off their software bug on the university instead of owning it. That's not how customer support should be IMO and not how you treat people that have bought and use your product. I will let my university know my opinion about this company.
