A+ customer service. First time I ever got to check the device inside the store. Quickly. Yeah, my devices work, but now that I've had time to think, the $9.99 monkey bars are the worst devices I've ever tried. My usual device got discontinued so I got two monkey bars. I actually put them away in a kitchen drawer and got lozenges, and opened a pack of cigarettes. They are so bad.
They exchanged a product for me when by all means they could've said no . Much appreciated
