I’m from Chicagoland, I have lived in St. Louis and Indianapolis; Soo Cycle is the best bike shop I’ve ever been to. Kyle is up front about everything, proactive, and takes care of little inconveniences free of charge. I’ve taken two bikes to him and I’ve noticed they all come back not only perfect, but with loose reflectors tightened, tire valve caps that had previous been lost, reappear after pickup. The shop was amazing. The darling wifey and I were in Soo for several days getting our boat ready for a race and we needed some local transport. So we hoofed it over to Soo Cycle to see if they'd rent bikes to us for a day or two. Unfortunately, they don't rent bikes. The owner did however, LOAN us a couple of bikes that he let us keep for a couple days, refusing to take any money or other considerations. Had a great experience. I had Kyle do an experiment project on the kids bikes by adding a dropper seat post to each of their bikes. The finished product was excellent. He is very prompt and does thorough, quality work. He is a true expert at his trade. Reasonably priced as well. To top it off he gave the children each a free waterbottle for their bottle cages!
