Patrica, as always makes me feel valued and gets things done quickly and saves me valuable time/eliminates an extra trip by figuring the most efficient way in handling complex transactions. I'm never banking with Soo co-op credit Union ever again. I called just to get my account number and this girl that picked up was acting like she's an FBI agent and she was asking me all the questions like my mom's maiden name and my SSN my email and my address witch I answered all correctly and then she said we don't usually like giving out account numbers over the phone and I told her that I don't like giving my SSN over the phone. And I believe that's way more important than a account number
The employees are All hard working and knowledgeable and professional. Its a pleasure to do banking here.
