Went into this office today to exchange a 20 dollar bill for some quarters to do laundry. It was legal tender for legal tender. They would not do the exchange because I didn't have an account. For a city that thrives on tourist for income, it sure makes you feel real welcome. I'm a full time traveler. I won't open an account in every town just to do laundry.
