Ordered a bed over the phone. The bed that arrived was NOT the one I ordered, I ordered firm memory mattress, I received a soft spring mattress which draped over arched slats forcing the sleeper to either side and was very painful to sleep on. Advised the store the next day and was informed "we have a firm policy that once a bed leaves the store it cannot be refunded." Nice staff. Little selection but at a decent price
Very friendly welcome to sue had to find the perfect best the owner was friendly fast to answer any questions and went above and beyond. He is even personally delivering because I needed it right away definitely will be getting all my stuff from there for now on
Wonderful experience. Marcel and his staff was very knowledgeable, shopped around and soon city mattress had the best prices. I purchased a bed for myself and my 2 kids and her are all happy and sleep well at night
