While picking up a load from this place, this is the message I sent to my dispatcher, “ Where in the world did you guys just send me to pick up a load? I almost thought I was on the moon with how many craters and potholes are in this lot! Almost gave me a concussion. I died at one point!” Just a suggestion, fix your lot! Whoever you paid to do it the first time, fire them immediately!
Haven't paid us for 4 loads back from September. Accounting keeps wasting time by giving different excuses. Possible going out of business
Al very difficult to deal with
Nothing against the broker Jackson Connor, just company policy when you guys need a favor we as a carriers will do to honor ( at least i am ) , now when the times comes to pay or respect a driver for 9 hours waiting time to get loaded , then " hey that's our policy , nothing can be done " and that's fine , next time is better to pull the truck and we both don't have to go through this , because that's gonna be a policy. Driving today at 3:47 near the waterloo outlet mall i witnessed one of the truck drivers almost kill a lady while driving the driver did not signal at all just merged into the right lane and the lady had to go into the shoulder for about 10 seconds because this truck driver was driving recklessly. I can’t reach anyone on the phone line regarding this driver but as a bystander driving 2 cars behind this could have been a very bad accident
