Unfortunately, service was lacking at this Sonus Hearing in Pasadena. I had previous experience with Sonus Hearing in Whittier as well as Whittier Hearing Center so I can vouch my experience was a bit unsatisfying in Pasadena. When you receive your new hearing aids, usually the audiologists would run additional test and make adjustments. However, this office does not.
