Unfortunately, service was lacking at this Sonus Hearing in Pasadena. I had previous experience with Sonus Hearing in Whittier as well as Whittier Hearing Center so I can vouch my experience was a bit unsatisfying in Pasadena. When you receive your new hearing aids, usually the audiologists would run additional test and make adjustments. However, this office does not. Simply pathetic. Didn't even have the exam. I arrived the requested 10 minutes early, filled out the forms to the sound of the unmasked, noticeably sick and coughing receptionist, and proceeded to wait in the dark, closet sized waiting room for more than a half hour. I asked the receptionist if things were running kind of late at which time she told me the doctor wasn't even there yet and she didn't even know when she would be arriving - she was stuck in traffic.
